1 Minimum nominal wall thickness of centrifugally cast ductile iron pipe furnished with grooved joint. Thicknesses above correspond to special thickness class 53 for 4"-16" diameter, and special thickness classes 54 and 55 for diameters 18" and 20", respectively, and special thickness class 56 for diameters 24"-36".
2 Maximum length for 4" size is 17’6"; for 6"-24" sizes is 20’0"; and for 30"-36" sizes is 19’6". Shorter lengths than the maximum lengths can, of course, be furnished – consult AMERICAN.
3 30" and 36" sizes are not included in AWWA C606. For tolerances see AWWA C606.
